(Head Office: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Yuki Hanyu; hereinafter referred to as \u201cOur Company\u201d) was selected in a public competition by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) for the \u201cFY2021 Export Business Model Survey\/Empirical Project Subsidies for Small and Medium Enterprises (Food Tech).\u201d Our Company will use the subsidy in an empirical study on production and marketing activities for overseas export of cellular agricultural foods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jetro.go.jp\/news\/announcement\/2021\/7e26e8725089df71.html\">https:\/\/www.jetro.go.jp\/news\/announcement\/2021\/7e26e8725089df71.html<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25a0 Outline of the subsidized project<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purpose of the project is for Japanese food tech to contribute to the establishment of a sustainable food supply system that spans across the globe. The project supports the empirical efforts of small and medium-sized enterprises to build a new business model for food tech in overseas markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jetro.go.jp\/news\/announcement\/2021\/e2af9392f4958299.html\">https:\/\/www.jetro.go.jp\/news\/announcement\/2021\/e2af9392f4958299.html<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25a0 Details of Our Company\u2019s subsidized project that was selected<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Manufacturing cultivated food (foie gras).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Developing recipes together with executive chefs from foreign luxury hotel chains, and providing samples and verifying evaluations by tasting them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Aiming to complete products for business use and promote overseas exports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25a0 Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">JETRO, or the Japan External Trade Organization, is a government-related organization that works to promote mutual trade and investment between Japan and the rest of the world.
